Desert Lights

Dye Lab
Shaw Contract revisited the iconic Dye Lab collection with an updated palette unfolded with intensely saturated hues, softer washes, and a wider range of neutral tones. Dye Lab tile draws inspiration from natural dyes, including madder root, Osage orange, sandalwood, and Saxon, and mimics the colour shifts rendered in naturally dyed textiles, creating an elegant and unpredictable visual. Dye Lab brings lush intimacy or expansive boldness to the spaces where we work, rest and come together.
We challenged the traditional piece dye process and developed an innovative approach that mimics ancient wash and dye techniques of folding and bundling fabric. The result of Dye Lab’s manufacturing process yields an unprecedented depth to the colour with artful, random nuances, progressing from light to saturated – an irregular beauty, harmonious with the natural world.

Eon + Amalgam
Inspired by the raw beauty of nature’s most enduring materials, this collection of 50 × 50 cm LVT blends classical aesthetics and contemporary style with the durability required in high-traffic areas. The dual-purpose backing system allows these products to be installed as direct glue or loose lay. Designed for versatility, the 5 mm thickness allows installation with carpet tile without the need for a transition strip.

Our design team set out to reconsider the way we use materials and construct flooring, blurring the boundary between hard and soft. Combining hard surface durability with soft surface aesthetics, reThink woven LVT is a hybrid floor covering with utilitarian purpose and textile appeal.
Made to perform Layered for strength and fused into a single solid surface, reThink is constructed to resist stains and scuffing. The ExoGuard™ Quartz Enhanced Urethane finish prevents fraying and creates a barrier that stops spills and dirt from penetrating the woven fabric, making clean up easier. A stabilizing composite layer ensures product integrity.
