For us, the design of the Croatia Insurance offices wasn't just another project; it was an opportunity to create a space that perfectly reflects the security, stability, and customer care that this leading insurance company offers. The entire project included the design, implementation, and furnishing of the offices.

Our approach was to focus on creating an inspiring work environment that would positively impact productivity and inspire employee well-being. To this end, we put the emphasis on several key elements:

• Open-plan Offices: While the concept of open offices encourages collaboration and communication, we enriched and improved it by incorporating acoustic partitions that provide sufficient privacy and quiet for focused work. It's the perfect solution for balancing team and individual work.
• Privacy and Leadership: For the management team, we designed closed-glass offices with special acoustic solutions for sound insulation. This design allows for privacy for confidential conversations and strategies while also symbolizing strong and stable leadership, enhanced by Executive desks and chairs.
• Meeting Offices: We provided separate glass conference rooms for meetings, equipped with conference tables and chairs, to enable focused and productive discussions.
• Color Palette: The design uses pastel, earthy tones that create a sense of calmness and security. These base colors are complemented by details in pastel shades of blue, green, and yellow, which perfectly match the client's corporate identity and reinforce the feeling of security and trust.

Our project also focused on the clients of Croatia Insurance. We incorporated comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as coffee tables, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Clients feel cared for and at ease, which facilitates communication and builds trust in the insurance company.

Attention was also paid to small details that make daily work easier, such as lockable cabinets for employees' personal belongings, which contributes to a more organized and secure workspace.

The new offices are a testament to Croatia Insurance's commitment to its employees and clients, creating a modern, ergonomic, and inspiring environment.
